Yoga in the Yard – Wake-up with the birds and stretch your muscles in the great outdoors! This class features basic yoga poses and stretches that will help both strengthen and lengthen your body. Great for the beginner or any one who has done yoga before. Start your day out right!

Sculpt & Stretch – This class combines resistance training techniques with the benefits of yoga and Pilates – providing an excellent total body workout! The first half focuses on strength exercises using several training tools while the second half will stretch your limbs and relax your mind with yoga and Pilate’s exercises.

Water Aerobics – This program features a warm up, 30 minutes of water aerobics, which will strengthen your cardiovascular system and a strength and stretch portion. You’ll get a great total body workout and not even break a sweat in the pool!

Lift – A new and exciting workout which combines upper body strength exercises with lower body ballet barre exercises and Pilates for the core! A phenomenal workout that hits every single body part. Taking this class will lift your body and your mind to new levels!

Power Pilates Mat – This group mat class focuses on the basic exercises created by Joseph Pilates. With Power Pilates systematic, integrative style, you will flow with the exercises creating strength and length in your core and throughout your entire body.
